Free Delivery To BR1, BR2 & BR3

For orders delivered to postocdes BR1, BR2 & BR3, after the purchase has been completed, we will refund the delivery charge to your debit or credit card used in the transaction.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you need to return any item for a refund or exchange please send within 10 days of receipt (28 days for non UK customers), unworn/ unused in original packaging including all labels & your receipt, with postage fully paid. Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items and christening wear. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised. All returns should be sent via the post office or courier of your choice.

Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods.

A refund will be given excluding postage charges on return of items, provided they are unused and undamaged..

When returning goods please remember:

i) include your details; name, address, telephone number, i.d. number, order number, item number you are returning
ii) and the reason for the return and request for a refund/exchange with your returned items.
iii) obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We do not refund postage charges unless the goods are faulty.

Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the payment within 14 days of you sending it back to us. We will notify you by email when the refund has been made.

Delivery

Delivery is normally within 2-7 working days of receipt of order for in stock items, for christening items please allow for up to 10 days (if you require items sooner please email: info@youandyourz.co.uk  or call ) although please allow up to 28 days for items not in stock.

Personalised items take between 7-21 days.

Standard delivery. Costs From £3.95 and will be delivered by Royal Mail. All items in stock will be despatched within 2 working days and should take 4 to 7 days to arrive.

 A signature is required on delivery.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but cannot accept any liability for delay in delivery for any cause.

• We will endeavour to keep you informed of delivery dates.
• Please inform us if you have a ’must deliver by’ date.

The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required. • Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.

 Security & Privacy

This is a fully transactional website with industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption of personal details and credit card number transmission.  When you place your first order we ask for your personal details such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details. This is so that when you return to us (which we hope you will do!) we can recognise you as a valued customer and save you having to repeat all your details. We keep a record of what you bought from us, so that we can send you details of any offers we think may interest you. It also enables us to deal with any problems or queries much more quickly. We will not pass on your information to third parties for reasons other than the immediate transaction. All of this helps us to maintain very high standards of customer service.

We make every effort to make sure your personal data is secure, including name, address. We do not hold credit card information. Credit card payment is made through a secure website using the latest SSL technology. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web.
